AX-CDPlayer is a Freedb.org compatible CD player for Windows. If you know how to use a real CD player, using AX CDPlayer will be a child's play! Axialis AX-CDPlayer will permit you to listen to audio CD using your CD-ROM drive and your sound card. It looks like a real electronic player.
With this new version you can automatically get disc and track information using a Freedb.org access by Internet. The program is 100% compatible with CDDBP (submit & query). With this feature you will no longer need to enter disc and track titles manually. Simply insert an audio disc in AX-CDPlayer and a few seconds later disc and track titles appear in the LCD-like display. Display can be customized using any color (not only green and orange). A built-in utility permits you to organize all your discs in a local database. The first time you insert a disc, information about it is automatically downloaded via Internet Freedb.org and is stored in a local database. With AX-CDPlayer you can store and manage an unlimited number of discs in that database. For each disc you can specify titles, artists, favorite custom play list, copyrights, extended data and more.
A powerful import/export system permits you to exchange disc information with your friends. You can also import and export disc information from CDPLAYER.INI files (the Windows CD Player file format). Import from DiscPlay CD player database. Database Report/Print feature with many options. Disc Search feature. Enhanced CSV Export feature (fully customizable). Batch Freedb Query feature (or Main Menu/Database). Very useful to insert discs offline and Query them later at once (dramatically reduces connection time and saves your money). Now supports Enhanced CDs.
