WinTil
WinTil is a collection of utilities that I had originally written for my own use. I have combined the various utilities into one program. WinTil includes a file splitter, program launcher, audio CD player, and other desktop enhancements.

WinTopMost Disable Close
Disable the close button for selected applications for example when a clean logout is required for example leaving a Telnet window. Manage automatically applications to be always on top of other on your desktop.
