A SmartWin user doesn't have to hunt through the start menu or browse through favorites web sites lists or endless folders or go to the Desktop or remember where is that required file like in a presentation time or have to see notes on the Desktop to run something, just schedule the resource, SmartWin also does that. By using your short names to call your resources it is easier to remember when you need them, ask a Doctor, plus, everything is a few key strokes away, but say you can't remenber the name say in a very critical situation ? SmartWin has a module also called by keyboard for you to just hunt them down fast and run any operations with them or change their names or shortcuts to something that you realize is easier to remember, maybe just what you thought at first.
