This program is a version of a fixed sum annuity or pension payout schedule. It will run under Win 95, 98, Me, NT4, 2000 & XP. This program will demonstrate the length of time your annuity/pension payout will last at an inputted monthly withdrawal and includes interest earned from CD's, money market accounts, savings accounts, or other ways you might invest your lump sum payout. What if? calculations can be made using various monthly withdrawals and rates of return on your invested lump-sum payout.
Printouts are professional looking and may be used by financial planners as most programs contains a "prepared by:" area. Financial planners may also use this collection of programs to advise clients concerning annuity and pension payout alternatives such as monthly payments for their lifetime or other options.
