Cafe Yoga - -Screensaver - 12 relaxing & destressing stretches. In 10, 5 or 3 min chunks, easy on the eye, gentle on the body and the mind, almost as good for you as turning off your computer and going for a walk in the park. Take care of yourself in front of the computer and make sure that there is something left of you when turn off the computer and return to the real world. Let Cafe Yoga help you stay centered and calm.
A simple yet elegant piece of software, created with Flash - the user has absolute control - with keystrokes or onscreen buttons. Cafe Yoga is not one of those pieces of software which takes control of your computer. You schedule its appearance with a simple input of time, telling it either to sleep for x amount of time and then reappear or telling it to come up at this specific hour each day.
The 12 stretches come complete with breathing (only as a guide) and onscreen instructions which the user to remove by choosing the 'no text' option.
While not meant as a cure or treatment for RSI or carpal tunnel syndrome, Cafe Yoga enables the user to be proactive about looking after their body and posture as we spending increasing amounts of time in front of the computer.
