Один хозяин разорился и вынужден был продать свой дом.
Когда они с покупателем договорились о цене, хозяин спросил:
-- А сколько ты мне доплатишь за то, что будешь иметь хо-
рошего соседа?
-- Где это видано, чтобы платить и за соседство? -- удивился
покупатель.
Но хозяин ответил на это:
-- Я тебе не продам дом и в десять раз дороже, потому что тот,
кто не умеет ценить добрых и щедрых соседей, сам ничего не стоит.
Сосед услышал слова своего бедного соседа и дал ему
денег, чтобы тот не продавал дом и остался жить на старом месте.
