Use Meeting Manager to schedule conference rooms, schedule board meetings, schedule resources, schedule classrooms, schedule church events, schedule rental cars and even schedule tennis courts. Meeting Manager can handle all your meeting scheduling needs.
Bookable resources can be the meeting rooms themselves or special equipment needed for meetings such as overhead projectors. When booking rooms equipment can also be scheduled along with the room. The capacity-based booking feature allows you to book multiple people to a single resource at the same time without going over capacity.
