Описание:
Easy Frame Creator is intended for quick and easy creation of image frames. With help of this program you can also create unique collages - the layered images.
Program features:
- loads initial image from BMP, JPEG (JPG), GIF, PCX, PSD, PNG - files;
- creates frame image effects on basis of prepared templates;
- adds new templates to the list;
- deletes templates from the list;
- allows to create rectangular frames with opaque color or texture (BMP, JPEG, JPG, GIF, PCX, PSD, PNG - files) outside of the initial image;
- allows to create frames of the different forms and styles inside the initial image;
- sets shape of inside frame and its parameters (width and number of linear segments in curved shape of frame);
- sets style of inside frame and edits its parameters;
- allows to fill image area around inside frame by color or texture with different values of transparency;
- allows apply several frames to the initial image simultaneously;
- copies created image to clipboard in BMP - format;
- pastes images from clipboard;
- saves created image to BMP, JPEG, GIF and PNG - files;
- sets JPEG compression quality;
- supports internationalization.
