Easy Schedule Maker is a fast, easy to use employee scheduling program for Windows. The intuitive user interface and powerful features make it the ideal tool for creating custom schedules with simple mouse point and clicks.
You can maintain an unlimited number of employees and create your own shift and leave types. Visually edit schedules, keep track of employee's shift and leave assignments and see at a glance how many people are scheduled. A breakdown of the total number of individual shift and leave assignments during an arbitrary date range is always displayed on the main screen.
Employee information, shift and leave assignments can be imported from text files.
Various reports are included. The reports range from schedules to statistical information of time worked and time taken off. All reports can be viewed, printed, published to HTML-documents and exported to text files for further processing.
Sample data is included, along with detailed documentation.
