Описание:
It's hard to imagine a company today where the employees are not enjoying the benefits e-mail communication. Usually, the company's local area network has a server, which runs special software for managing flows of the employees' electronic messages. That software (Mail Server) collects all messages, gets rid of SPAM, deletes viruses, distributes messages to mailboxes and then delivers them to recipients. Through the course of its work, a mail server generates special log files, where it records information on all processed messages. By analyzing these log files, Mail Access Monitor allows you to quickly and easily generate reports on who has sent how many messages, to whom, and when, and what overall mail traffic that activity has generated. Mail Access Monitor benefits: allows centralized supervision of your company's mail server usage; helps prevent attempts at using the corporate mail server for personal use; reduces your Internet expenses; extremely easy-to-use and allows monitoring users just minutes after its
installation is complete; works with all modern mail servers; allows generating a large number of reports and diagrams reflecting the efficiency of your company's mail server usage; includes special methods for automating the process of creating and delivering reports to authorized personnel.
