A collection of bright color coordinated animated cursors for Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000, with the common theme of a neon tube formed in the shape of the cursor. There are 10 schemes in the set, consisting of 5 colors with 2 backgrounds (315 cursors total). They can replace all the standard Windows mouse pointers. They work with all Windows color video setups (256K and up). These cursors are copyrighted but free for personal use.
