Keep your hard drives spick and span with WashAndGo. This easy to use
utility provides an easy means of clearing your internet cache, recent
documents, temp folder, errant uninstall entries, and more. You can
also use it to scan your drives for 0-byte files and unneeded file
types that do little more than waste your valuable disk space.
WashAndGo includes several file types that are preconfigured as
space-wasters, but you can easily edit this list as you see fit.
You can also build a list of specific files that you want to omit
