Responsive Knowledgebase
RKB is a helpdesk tool that allows you to record solutions to problems and search for those solutions in the future. When a customer calls in with a problem, you can quickly search the database and locate the solution.

Type Pilot
Type Pilot is specially created for storing and quick insertion of any text fragments (e-mail signatures, frequently used sentences, URLs, letter templates and so on). You just type a word, and Type Pilot will automatically replace it with a phrase.
